We're thrilled to welcome Josiah Terrell-Perica as our first Director of Farmland Investing.

We're thrilled to welcome Josiah Terrell-Perica as our first Director of Farmland Investing. Mr. Terrell-Perica will lead sourcing of FarmTogether’s investment and diligence process. He joins FarmTogether from PGIM Agricultural Investments.

Artem Milinchuk, Chief Economist, said:  “I couldn't be more excited to have Josiah join us. He brings with him not only tremendous experience in the permanent crop space, but also hunger and passion for how technology can improve farmland management and help make better investment decisions.”

About Josiah Terrell-Perica

Josiah spent the last four years as Senior Investment Analyst and Interim Asset Manager for PGIM’s agricultural investments. He holds a BA in Economics from Amherst College in Amherst, MA.
